1.首先初次使用要确保液体增压泵是按厂方要求连接,不要用低于液体增压泵高使用压力的配件如:高压管路,卡套接头,高压开关等。
1. First of all, ensure that the liquid booster pump is connected according to the manufacturer's requirements for the first use, and do not use accessories lower than the high service pressure of the liquid booster pump, such as high-pressure pipeline, ferrule connector, high-pressure switch, etc.
2.在使用合适的配件下按使用要求以此连接好,再检查是否有泄露(液压和气压不同稍微泄露会导致压力浮动较大,再次增压会形成脉冲对产品精密部件有影响)。

3.在满足上述条件后再检查驱动气源是否满足使用要求,被增压的介质是否纯洁和连接好

4.完成以上步奏后打开驱动气源,调节二连体上的压力调节阀,从压力0往高处调节至所使用压力,等液体增压泵高压出口有液体排出时证明增压缸内空气完全排出,切断驱动气源,连接被检测件再打开气源。如果检测在长时间内承压能力就不用切断气源,检测密封性2种办法:1,切断气源看压降2,保持气源畅通看渗漏。

Cut off the air source to see the pressure drop. 2. Keep the air source unblocked to see the leakage.
