温度太低”对压缩空气增压阀有什么影响?

冷空气进入压缩空气增压阀之后,遇到泵体背部摩擦的热量高温会产生大量的水蒸汽,这样就会加大空气增压泵后处理水蒸汽过滤的负担,所以需时常排放后处理设备里的水份。

压缩空气通过管道进入到生产区域被用户使用,而这些管道有的被埋在地下,有的走明管在空中。在冰冷的天气中走明管,可能会因为低温导致一部分湿气产生,有的甚至会因为湿气的增加,给用户的正常使用带来一定的影响。比如,激光切割机行业,若压缩空气里含油含水过高会影响到切割过程中的精度。在矿山行业,潮湿的压缩空气增压泵,可能并不会影响到气动工具的正常使用,但会影响到气动工具作业时力度。

注意:冬季停机后一定要注意放空所有气体、排污、放水,放空各种管道及气包内的水、气、油,因冬季机组工作时,温度比较高,一停机后因外界温度较低,空气冷却后会有大量冷凝水产生,存在各种控制管道中,容易使控制管路堵塞、涨裂等隐患。
