3. Gas consumption:
The air consumption is mainly determined by the reciprocating times per minute of the driving cylinder piston of the booster pump. When the air source pressure is adjusted to the maximum for no-load exhaust (for example, when the inspected large volume container is inflated), it is the time when the air consumption of the pump is the maximum. As the air pressure in the test vessel increases gradually, the reciprocating speed of the pump also slows down gradually, until the driving air pressure is proportional to the exhaust air pressure, the pump stops working, and the air consumption is equal to zero.
