Gas Supercharging Equipment:
Panel configuration: three meters: driving pressure gauge, pressurized gas gauge, high pressure gas gauge, etc.
Valves: driving pneumatic pressure regulating valve, driving gas source switch, high pressure gas switch, and unloading valve, etc.
Operating steps: (for large pressure vessel)
Pre-charging stage: close unloading switch, connect driving gas source pipeline, open driving gas switch and open high-voltage gas switch. (Pre-charging larger container with pressure balanced with air compressor, in order to shorten the pressing time and prolong the service life of supercharger)
Pushing stage: close unloading switch, close high-pressure gas switch, connect driving gas source pipeline, open driving gas pressure switch, adjust driving pressure gauge (slightly pull up, adjust pressure in the direction of'+'-') Fixed driving pressure value (slightly press down, fixed driving pressure value) Open high-pressure gas switch booster to achieve set pressure, close high-pressure gas. The body switch keeps the voltage and opens the unloading switch to complete the operation.
Operating steps of gas-liquid supercharging equipment:
Pre-filling water: In view of the larger test pieces, it is suggested that the test pieces be pre-filled with water in order to shorten the pressurizing time of the supercharger and prolong its service life.
Connect the test piece to close the unloading valve, close the high-pressure liquid switch, connect the drive gas source pipeline, open the drive gas source switch, adjust the pressure of the drive gas source pressure gauge (slightly pull up, adjust the pressure according to the direction of +"-">fix the pressure value of the drive gas source (slightly press down). Open the high-pressure liquid switch supercharger to set the pressure supercharger to stop working and keep the pressure closed. The liquid switch can hold the voltage and finish the detection of the unloading switch.
