Kerosene, alcohol or other corrosive liquids should not be used to prevent corrosion of hydraulic components, oil tanks and other parts, which will affect the normal operation of hydraulic presses.
When cleaning the gas supercharging system, the operation of the hydraulic pump and the heating of the cleaning medium should be stopped at the same time. Rubber residue in the system is easily removed when the temperature of cleaning oil is between 50 and 80 degrees Celsius.
When the hydraulic pump works, stopping intermittent operation can improve the cleaning effect.
We should install filters in the circuit of cleaning oil circuit of gas supercharging system, so that most impurities in the system can be filtered out.
The cleaning time of hydraulic pump is usually between 48 hours and 60 hours, which is determined by the complex level and pollution level of the system.
When the cleaning is finished, do not stop the operation of the hydraulic pump immediately. It should be transported continuously until the temperature of the hydraulic pump returns to normal, so as to avoid the rust of the internal components caused by external humidity.
After cleaning the gas booster pump, the cleaning oil in the circuit should be removed in time.
